Subpath operates on a monthly subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until that date.
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months when you cancel mid-cycle. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor, and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
If you believe a charge was made in error and we have not resolved it to your satisfaction, you may contact Paddle directly as our Merchant of Record, or initiate a dispute through your payment provider. We encourage you to contact us first at [email protected]. Most issues can be resolved quickly.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
