By accessing or using Subpath ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
Subpath is a reverse proxy service that allows users to route traffic from a custom domain to one or more web projects hosted on third-party platforms (such as Webflow, Framer, Ghost, or others). The Service provides a dashboard for managing domains, routing rules, and sitemap configuration.
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subpath offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which may be added by Paddle depending on your jurisdiction.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Subpath name, logo, dashboard interface, and all related software are the exclusive property of Subpath. You retain full ownership of your domains, content, and web projects. You grant Subpath a limited, non-exclusive license to route and process traffic from your domain solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Subpath is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or interruption caused by network issues, third-party platform outages, DNS propagation delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Subpath and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Subpath in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account from the dashboard.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Subpath operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at [email protected].
